BACA International SETU, Waterford
Blog posts form students on the BA (Hons) Culinary Arts programme who spend the third year of a four year programme abroad. The students spend one semester on work placement in any activity related to the food industry in a country of their choice, and one semester studying culinary related modules at an SETU partner university in Canada, France, Northern Ireland, Spain or the USA.
